About Sharon Atkin

Sharon came to Lake Havasu City  10 years ago from California and simply put, fell in love with it!

Our family is water sports based, this is the perfect place to be, Lake Havasu , the FUN place to live.

She and her husband bought some properties and started to plan for their retirement here as so many people do.  As they began to develop their properties an education began.

Creating relationships necessary for development with city planners, grading contractors, surveyors, builders and other tradesman in the building industry happened out of necessity. Sharon and her husband built single family homes and duplexes for their rental business.  To date Sharon has built 37 new home projects for her clients and has developed a solid knowledge of the process.

Sharon's family has a long history of involvement with building.  Her father a retired architect, her husband  a paving and grading and landscape contractor, her brother a general contractor building homes, her daughter has owned and operated a roofing company and is an active Realtor in California.

Sharon has been educated and worked in Real Estate Appraisal and Escrow before becoming a licenced Realtor in Arizona.

Sharon feels she knows Havasu and is willing to help her clients in every phase of the process of obtaining the property of their dreams and developing a worthwhile investment.
